Our Shipping Service

Deliveries to the United Kingdom are managed by our affiliate EVRi/DHL or Royal Mail. All shipments sent by Lloyd and Paul Home Luxuries are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.

Some products on our website require 12-18 days to be delivered. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and on the checkout page. All products under this delivery times are delivered free of charge. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, 9:00 am until 5:00 pm GMT, from Monday to Friday, and from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm GMT on Saturdays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at checkout.

Although we make every effort to provide precise delivery predictions, kindly be aware that they are merely approximations and not guarantees. Events outside our control or unanticipated circumstances may cause the actual delivery time to differ.


Tracking Orders

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided.

Custom duties and taxes for United Kingdom

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, the UK sales tax as well as customs duties and handling fees are included in the price of the item. In case of returns, customs duties and handling fees will be refunded by Lloyd and Paul Home Luxuries.
