Back Order Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase a back order items from Lloyd and Paul Home Luxuries. By placing a back order, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully before you place a back order item and keep a copy or note for your records.
Placing a Back Order
Back orders, are orders for items that cannot be fulfilled immediately due to a lack of available supply in our online store.
Payments
Back order payments do not guarantee availability of the item but represent your offer (“Offer”) to buy the item when it is generally released for sale. We reserve the right not to accept your Offer and your Offer is only accepted once the back order item is dispatched.
When you place a back order, you will need to pay the full upfront price of the item. You may cancel your back order and get a full refund of your back order payments at any time before the item has been dispatched.
Delivery of Back Orders
We aim to deliver back order items between 12-18 days from the purchasing date. For some areas delivery will take longer. We will send you a dispatch note along with a courier tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. We will notify you for any delays via email.
Cancellation of Back Orders
Either party may cancel a back order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that the items has been dispatched (“Dispatch Notice”). If cancellation occurs before the Dispatch Notice, you will be entitled to a full refund of your pre-order payment.
The purchase of items is subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be notified to you before you complete your purchase, in your order confirmation. When you purchase from our online shop, our online shop purchasing terms will also apply, see our general terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
