Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Lloyd and Paul Home Luxuries
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If the goods you have chosen do not meet with your full approval, please return them to us within 28 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging, and we will be happy to exchange or refund them as per your instructions.
We offer refunds on products that meet the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 28 days of the original purchase date.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The item is in the same condition as when it was received.
Non-Refundable Items:
Please take time to read the care instructions on your purchases as we are unable to accept items or refund that have been damaged in the wash.
Return Shipping:
We must be informed of any shortages or breakages within seven days in order to rectify this. Please note that unless the goods are faulty you will need to pay for return postage. Please obtain a certificate of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Return and Refund Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our returns support team at info@lloydandpaul.com or click the "Request a return" button below. Alternatively, you may call us +441904235003 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. Additionally, we will inform you of the status of your refund, and whether it has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a maximum of 7-10 days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process and reflect it in your account.
If more than 15 business days have elapsed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, kindly reach out to us at info@lloydandpaul.com. We will be glad to assist you further.
Exchanges Conditions

We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.

It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether.

Merchandise must be returned in one parcel. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.

Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (EVRi).
